Return Exchange/Right of Withdrawal ⤋
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days.
In case of a return, we ask you to proceed as follows:
1. Please send us an email to support@flysurfer.com with the relevant receipt number (e.g. of the order or the invoice) and the info whether it is an exchange or a return.
2. Please pack your item carefully, fill out the form (FLYSURFER Return Form) completely and add it to the package, otherwise there may be a delay in processing. Return shipping costs are generally not refundable.
3. Please send the package to the following address:

4. Immediately after the receipt of your return, we will take care about your package.
After the successful check, the purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded within 5 working days. Under certain circumstances, the refund periods may be longer. The legal right of withdrawal will not be restricted in any way.
In case of an exchange, we ask you to order the replacement item through our store.
Note: Please note that you must return each item in the same condition as you received it. This means that new items must also be new, unused and complete when they will be returned.

Return for warranty claims ⤋
1.Please send an email to support@flysurfer.com with the relevant receipt number and a picture of the damage.
2. We will get back to you as soon as possible to clarify the further procedure with you.

Return for repairs ⤋
1. Please pack your item carefully, clean, dry and if applicable, also sand-free. Important: If there is extra work due to wet or dirty material, this will be charged at cost.
2. Please fill out the return form (FLYSURFER-Return Form-2022) completely and add it to the package, otherwise there may be delays in processing.
3. Please send your package to the following address:

4. As soon as we have received the shipment, you will get a confirmation by email.
5. After the goods have been inspected by our workshop, you will receive a cost estimate by email.
6. If you agree to the cost estimate in writing, the repair will be started immediately after receipt of your payment.
7. The return shipment will generally take place within 2 working days after the successful repair. Under certain circumstances, especially during the high season, the return shipment may take a little longer.

Return shipment from third country ⤋
We ask you to properly declare the goods when sending them. This is particularly important to ensure a smooth and quick processing. For this purpose, the following information is absolutely necessary:
- Enclosure a copy of the invoice of the relevant item.
- Entry of the reason for return (repair - back to manufacturer) on the shipping document.
Please note that the return shipment may incur import costs, which are not covered by FLYSURFER. Excluded from this are warranty and guarantee claims. In this case FLYSURFER will pay the import costs.
